Aluminum and plastic are not compatible with dishwashers therefore these materials were avoided when we constructed the Rotor Varimat Inox. The Rotor Varimat Inox is almost entirely made of stainless steel.
The qualities of its predecessor have not been forgotten, the machine still relies on our robust motor variable speed from in-house production. It delivers 400 Watt continuous power and is able to make up to 1500 cuts per minute. The speed can be set for every specific Product. The Varimat Inox spins at double the speed of ordinary Machines which enables it to cut very thin slices.
